Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Gross all-in salary of €16,28 per hour, including holiday allowance, above-statutory days, and ADV;
- 20 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour workweek);
- Surcharges: 40% on Saturdays and 100% on Sundays;
- Travel allowance of €0.22 per kilometer, up to 35 km one way;
- Weekly or four-weekly payment options;
- Pension accrual from your first working day;
- Prospect of a permanent contract after 700 working hours;
- Work full-time or part-time;

As a package delivery driver at PostNL, you are responsible for delivering parcels and for loading and organizing the delivery van independently. You ensure all parcels are sorted properly for a smooth route.
You will deliver to a variety of addresses, from houses to apartment buildings (with or without elevators), using a PostNL delivery van.
To get started safely, you will complete a training program of 4–12 weeks, depending on your weekly hours. The number of addresses gradually increases as you gain experience.
- What are the working hours?
- Full-time 32 of 40 hours, part-time also possible; - Working days from Monday through Saturday; - Shifts of approximately 8 hours; - Start times between 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM.
- How does the training work?
- You follow a structured training program for 4–12 weeks with an experienced colleague before working fully independently.
- What type of vehicle will you drive?
- You drive a modern PostNL delivery van with all necessary equipment.

- At least 6 months in possession of a valid EU category B driving licence;
- Flexible availability for shifts;
- Minimum availability: 3 days per week;
- Good physical condition;
- Able to perform physically demanding work;
- Able to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
- Representative and service-oriented;
- Available for two Saturdays per month;
- Able to start in Son.
