Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden
- €16.28 gross per hour (all-in) including holiday pay and additional holiday allowances;
- 20 vacation days per year based on a full-time contract;
- 40% Saturday allowance and 100% Sunday allowance;
- Travel reimbursement of €0.22 per kilometre up to 35 km one way;
- Choice of weekly salary payments or payment every 4 weeks;

Wat ga je doen? - Delivery Driver PostNL | Start Quickly | Amersfoort
Your day starts at the PostNL depot in Amersfoort. After loading your delivery van with parcels, you head out on your route to deliver shipments to private and business customers.
You are not only responsible for delivering parcels on time, but also for providing friendly and professional customer service. Thanks to your efforts, customers receive their packages safely and on schedule.
Before driving independently, you will receive proper training and guidance from an experienced colleague.
What are your main tasks?
- Loading your delivery van with parcels;
- Delivering parcels to residential and business addresses;
- Processing deliveries according to PostNL procedures;
- Providing excellent customer service;
What are the working hours?
- Full-time: 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday;
- Part-time: minimum of 3 days per week;
- Saturday-only positions available;
- Shifts of approximately 8 hours;
- Start times between 08:00 and 10:00;
How does the onboarding process work?
- 3 days of ride-along training with an experienced driver;
- Independent driving after the training period;
- Routes and number of stops are gradually increased.
Functie-eisen Delivery Driver PostNL | Start Quickly | Amersfoort
- Valid EU category B driving licence for at least 12 months;
- Available for at least 3 days per week, full-time, or Saturdays only;
- Available for at least 2 Saturdays per month when working part-time or full-time;
- Physically fit and comfortable with active work;
- Able to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
- Customer-friendly and professional attitude;
- Good command of the Dutch language;
- Able to start work from Amersfoort.
