Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden
- €16.28 gross per hour (all-in) including holiday pay and additional holiday allowances;
- 20 vacation days per year based on a full-time contract of 40 hours;
- 40% Saturday allowance and 100% Sunday allowance;
- Travel reimbursement of €0.22 per kilometre up to 35 km one way;
- Choice of weekly salary payments or payment every 4 weeks;

Wat ga je doen? - Delivery Driver PostNL | Start Quickly | Almere
Your workday starts at the PostNL depot in Almere. You load your delivery van with parcels and then head out to deliver shipments to residential and business customers in the region.
As a Delivery Driver, you are the face of PostNL. You ensure parcels are delivered on time and provide friendly customer service. Thanks to your efforts, customers receive their orders with a smile.
Before working independently, you will complete a 3-day onboarding programme with an experienced colleague.
What are your main tasks?
- Loading and delivering parcels;
- Driving a planned route in the Almere region;
- Assisting customers and ensuring correct delivery of shipments;
What are the working hours?
- Full-time: 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday;
- Part-time: minimum of 3 days per week;
- 2-day schedule available: Mondays and Saturdays only;
- Shifts of approximately 8 hours;
- Start times between 08:00 and 13:00;
How does the onboarding process work?
- 3 days of ride-along training with an experienced driver;
- Independent work after the training period;
- Driving a modern PostNL delivery van.
Functie-eisen Delivery Driver PostNL | Start Quickly | Almere
- Valid EU category B driving licence for at least 12 months;
- Available for full-time, part-time, or Mondays and Saturdays only;
- Physically fit and comfortable with active work;
- Able to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
- Customer-friendly and professional attitude;
- Good command of the Dutch language;
- Able to start work from Almere.
